Shipping/Handling Charge
All products will be shipped from Japan.
Total shipping weight and shipping/handling fees will be calculated automatically.

Just add the item to your cart and enter your country, state, and zip code,
and you will immediately see the shipping cost.

From purchase to shipping
Items will be shipped within one week after the order is placed (in most cases sooner)
and a tracking number will be provided to the buyer upon shipment.

Shipping methods are Fedex, DHL, EMS, and Airmail.
The more secure shipping method is based on the buyer's location.
My store will select the safer shipping method based on the buyer's location.

The buyer may choose preferred shipping method if wishes.
Additional shipping charges may be required to accommodate the change in shipping costs in this case.

Import duties, taxes, and charges
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

For the customers in Itay and Brazil:
Tell us your Tax Code, Codice Fiscale(Italy), CPF(Brazil), please.

We need them to fill in shipping documents.

Arranging After Payment
We appreciate your understanding that there is some possibility to arrange shipping cost after you make payment.
If short, we send an invoice for the balance and if over, refund the excess.

Combine Shipping
We can accept combine shipping for all orders made within 7 DAYS from the 1st order.

Shipping Arrange Request
We can arrange your shipping as much as we can do.
Please feel free to ask us anything about your shipping but before that, you have to complete your order with payment.

We will refund or send another invoice for the difference to adjust.

Shipping to the UK and VAT
We are currently unable to ship to the UK for items with a total purchase price of less than 135 GBP due to the fact that we, as a Japanese retailer, have not joined the simplified VAT collection system that came into effect in January 2021.
For purchases over 135 GBP, VAT will be collected upon receipt of the goods in your country.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to UK buyers.
In this case, we will basically cancel your purchase, or guide you to purchase additional items for a total price higher than 135 GBP or purchase at our other store.
